Clients are responsible for any applicable admission or entry fees, parking fees, permits, or location-specific costs for themselves and anyone attending the session.

Your reserved time is held exclusively for you and cannot be transferred to another date. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, your session will be forfeited and no refunds, credits or reschedules will be provided.

I’ll be closely monitoring the weather leading up to your session. If weather conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for photography, You will recive a full refund or a credit toward a future mini session, subject to availability.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to our meeting location.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time. No additional or make-up time can be provided. Please note that the promised gallery of 35 high-resolution images is only guaranteed when the full session time is completed. If your session is shortened due to late arrival, your final gallery may include fewer than 35 images at the photographer’s discretion.

If you miss your session entirely, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund, credit, or reschedule will be offered.
