The collection includes 8 hours of wedding coverage, a full-day second photographer, a complimentary 1-hour session, 100 film photographs, a 650 image true-to-color digital gallery, and a 1–2 minute Super 8 highlight film. You’ll also receive a 2-hour photography timeline curation & creative direction call to thoughtfully plan your coverage before the wedding. Travel throughout the immediate Dallas–Fort Worth area is included, and only a $250 booking fee is required to officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar.

The collection includes 10 hours of wedding coverage, a full-day second photographer, a complimentary 1-hour session, 100 film photographs, a 850 image true-to-color digital gallery, and a 1–2 minute Super 8 highlight film. Want to add documentary-style video coverage to your wedding day? Digital Diary Coverage includes full-day filming by a third member of my team using professional video equipment, along with mic’d-up audio for your vows, ceremony, and speeches. You’ll receive a thoughtfully edited 2–6 minute wedding-day highlight film that allows you to relive the day as it naturally unfolded.

Super 8 Coverage
Add a nostalgic, cinematic layer to your wedding day with Super 8 coverage. Filmed on vintage motion-picture film without audio, this add-on includes a full day’s worth of Super 8 film, professional development and scanning, and a dedicated third team member to document your celebration. You’ll receive a beautifully edited 3–6 minute wedding highlight film filled with the imperfect movement, texture and warmth that make analog footage so timeless.

The Guest Archive Experience
Preserve your wedding day through the eyes of the people celebrating alongside you. This experience includes 2 Fujifilm Instax cameras, 8 packs of film for up to 160 instant photographs, a keepsake album, and a complete guest station with instructions. It also includes 8 Fujifilm disposable cameras, offering up to 216 additional exposures to be used throughout the day or assigned to key guests. At the end of the celebration, I will collect the disposable cameras, arrange for development, and add the finished scans to your final wedding gallery.

Heirloom Album Creation
This add-on includes the custom design and production of a high-quality 11x14, 50 page, hardcover wedding album created to preserve your photographs for generations. We’ll begin with a creative consultation to discuss your vision, preferred images, and overall design style. You’ll receive a final consultation to review the draft for approval before your album is sent into production, and delivered to you. The result is a timeless keepsake made to be held, shared and passed down as part of your family’s story.

Can we customize Collections?
All of my collections have been thoughtfully designed to provide a complete and seamless experience from beginning to end. While the collections themselves cannot be customized, you are welcome to enhance your experience with any available add-ons.
How far in advance should we book?
I accept only 12–16 weddings each year and typically begin booking at least one year in advance. The sooner you reserve your date, the more time you will have to take advantage of a flexible payment plan, and complimentary sessions.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Every photograph is carefully edited by hand, without the use of AI, and additional time is allowed for the development and processing of analog film. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 12–16 weeks, ensuring every image receives the attention and care it deserves. Sneak Peeks are provided within 72 hours of the celebration.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Prints and self-designed albums can be purchased directly through the online store connected to your gallery. I also offer a Heirloom Album add-on, where I personally design a timeless keepsake that thoughtfully tells the story of your wedding day.
What if I don't use my Engagement session?
Engagement sessions are complimentary and must be completed no later than three months before your wedding to allow enough time for gallery delivery and wedding-day planning. Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or replacements; however, when discussed at the time of booking, the session may be substituted for bridal portraits or rehearsal dinner coverage.
Are Travel Fees included?
All DFW collections include travel within 65 miles from my office in Carrollton, Texas 75007. Locations beyond this range may be subject to additional travel fees or may require booking one of my travel collection options.
Do You have Business Insurance?
Yes, I carry business insurance and am happy to provide proof of coverage when required by your venue or another vendor. Please let me know in advance if any specific documentation is needed.
What is a Timeline & Creative Direction Consultation?
This is a two hour consultation where we will discuss your vision, priorities, and plans for the wedding day. I will provide professional guidance on the photography timeline, lighting, locations and creative direction to help create a seamless experience that reflects you as a couple.
Can I Choose my own Photos? How many will I Receive?
No, photo selection is part of my creative process. An 8–10-hour wedding can result in more than 5,000 RAW files, so I carefully select and edit the strongest images that best tell the story of your day, while prioritizing the important people, details, and moments discussed during our Timeline & Creative Direction Consultation. You can expect to receive a thoughtfully curated gallery of 650+ edited images; RAW and unedited files are not provided.
Can I choose my own Second Photographer?
No, second photographers are personally selected by me from a trusted group of professionals I have previously worked with, trained, and carefully vetted. This ensures a consistent experience, professional conduct, and results that align with the quality and style of your final wedding gallery.
How are Analog Formats Delivered?
Analog formats are sent to a professional lab for development and scanning. Once completed, the final film images are delivered digitally alongside your wedding gallery.
When Can I add, additional Add-on services?
Additional services may be added at any point throughout your experience, subject to availability. I recommend reserving time-sensitive add-ons as early as possible to ensure the necessary team members, film or materials are available for your wedding date.
What Gear Do You Work With?
I work with professional dual-slot mirrorless digital and analog camera systems, that are kept up with and preserved, all my equipment is selected to complement my artistic approach and the needs of each wedding day. I also carry backup equipment to ensure your celebration can be documented seamlessly, while specific film formats and specialty equipment will depend on your chosen collection.
Do You Use AI in your Editing Process?
No, every gallery is thoughtfully edited by hand to preserve a natural, timeless, and true-to-color result. The only exception is Lightroom’s removal tools, which may be used sparingly to clean up small distractions within an image.
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes, flexible payment plans are available to make your investment more manageable throughout the planning process. The earlier you reserve your date, the more time you will have to divide the remaining balance into smaller payments before the final due date.
